Walkthrough

The Eastbay SX model is the most sought after model of the ever popular Eastbay 43 with fully enclosed upper salon deck and lavish teak interior finish. There is no hatch to head below so she is totally wide open, light and airy over the galley instead of being closed in. She has a very spacious 2 stateroom layout with large head and separate stall shower. The forward master stateroom features a very comfortable Island queen berth, overhead hatch for natural light and ventilation, hull side opening ports and plentiful storage.

YESALUTELY offers a large aft cockpit with integrated aft-facing seating, 3 large cockpit storage lockers under her aft deck, transom door to the new teak swim platform and swim ladder. Her wide side decks have additional stainless steel handrails for greater safety and “Moondust” Awlgrip over white fiberglass decks, same as the foredeck, to provide an excellent non-skid surface and eliminate glare from the cabin top. The foredeck features an electric windlass, heavy-duty stainless-steel bow sprit/anchor roller, Plow anchor and two (2) lockers. A freshwater washdown is located in the starboard locker.

Centerline double doors provide entry to the salon with her beautiful teak and holly sole. Grand Banks’ exceptional workmanship is highlighted by her interior joinery accented by white bulkheads. “Almond” Ultra-Suede upholstery finishes the two (2) straight settees in the upper salon, one to port and one to starboard with storage below each. The port settee converts to an additional berth. There is a hi-lo teak table with two (2) folding leaves for dining. The aft starboard corner has a cabinet which holds the flatscreen TV that is on a lift for viewing but stows down and away when not in use.

The helm area is to port and forward of the salon featuring Stidd helm seat with footrest, teak-rimmed GB stainless steel destroyer wheel. To port just behind the chart table is a double fixed companion seat.  Under this companion seat is a storage locker. YESALUTELY offers outstanding visibility and easy operation of all navigational equipment. Along with nice sight lines to make operating her very easy.

Large windows 360-degrees around the salon provide natural light and ventilation. Many of these are opening windows with screens. Overhead hatches provide additional light and air. The left windshield is electric and opens by the push of a button.  Marine Air reverse cycle air conditioning and heat is throughout the boat with three (3) 16,000 BTU units.

From the helm area, take a couple of steps down to access the port galley with L-settee and dinette area across to starboard. This L-settee converts to another additional berth. There is a Sony Flatscreen LCD TV interfaced to the XM Satellite Radio with remote control. The hi-lo teak dinette table with two (2) folding leaves is in this area with overhead lights, reading lamps and an opening port with screen. The galley and dinette are open to the salon creating the feel of one large area.

The galley is U-shaped and well equipped with a Coolmatic refrigerator/freezer with teak door, electric cooktop, microwave/convection oven, Silestone countertops, stainless steel sink and ample storage.

The guest stateroom is forward to port with upper and lower single berths, each with reading lamps. There are three drawers, two lockers under the lower berth, opening port, overhead hatch, hanging locker, storage space, mirror, and a pocket door for privacy. The upper berth can fold down to use as a single berth or sofa.

Forward is the extremely comfortable master stateroom with a custom leftline pedestal berth made wider with a custom mattress, two reading lamps, two opening ports, one large hatch, flat screen TV with DVD player.  An abundance of storage is offered in two hanging lockers, three drawers, two lockers beside the berth and six lockers outboard of the berth.

The head features a pocket privacy door, freshwater Vacuflush marine toilet, vanity with Corian countertop and sink, mirror and storage space to starboard. Glass double fold doors open to the separate shower stall with teak seat and tile sole.

YESALUTELY has received many upgrades, including her hull painted Awlgrip in 2015, cockpit teak sole refurbished in the spring of 2018, and her teak toe rail & teak navigation boards stripped and revarnished also in the spring of 2018.

She was re-powered November 2017 with new twin Caterpillar C7.1 Acert engines at 500hp each; very low 280 hours.  These are new CAT C7.1 model engines which have all the latest updates and are more fuel efficient, require less maintenance and quieter than previous models. Full new engine warranties are in effect until approximately 1 November 2019; limited warranties until 1 November 2022; and extended warranty is available to purchase from Caterpillar until approximately 1 November 2027.
