47 Classic 2008
MARY MARIA - $689,000
Sales Rep: Julee Jackson
MARY MARIA is a 2008 Grand Banks 47 Classic. The Classic layout is time-honored and the most popular design Grand Banks has ever built. This updated version offers three private staterooms, VIP forward with V-berth, large Master Suite aft for complete privacy with en-suite head and a third guest stateroom with double berth against the hullside! The up galley offers a large pantry and granite countertops witth backsplash. The flybridge is generous and has STIDD chairs, sink and refrigerator. The Sparkman & Stephens hull is a great performer while remaining fuel efficient.
Many prefer the Classic layout over the Europa design as master and guest staterooms are at either end of the boat and not bunched together. The Classic also offers more interior living space than a Europa thus making the Classic ideal for cruising, living aboard or enjoying dockside. She is READY TO CRUISE with new owners.

The lower helm is to starboard opposite the port-side galley. This helm area offers a side door to access the starboard deck, oversized single STIDD seat, and an electronic Himalaya that allows all electronics to be flush-mounted. The L-shaped galley is very smartly laid out and offers a microwave, undercounter Subzero refrigerator, a stand up under-counter freezer, Ceran glass cooktop with fiddles and granite countertops.
The forward stateroom has a V-berth, full-size hanging locker, and abundant storage.
The forward guest head offers two doors and can function as an en suite or day use head. There is a very cleverly designed fold-out shower that when engaged, offers plenty of elbow room and keeps the rest of the head dry with the shower doors folded and locked against the side and aft bulkhead. It provides one large area to dress in also.
There is also a port guest stateroom with a double berth positioned against the hull side and a hanging locker with storage under.
The aft master stateroom is spacious and offers a queen full walk-around berth, walk-in hanging locker, vanity with a stool for make-up, tons of storage cabinets and drawers. The en suite master head has a very large separate stall shower and a heavy self-sealing shower door.
The interior cabinetry is teak with a satin finish and features heavy-duty stainless steel latches and hardware. The interior also features courtesy lights, sleeping cabin shades with port window enclosures, salon mini blinds, custom fabrics and decorator pillows.
