LODESTAR is a 2011 model Ocean Alexander 74 Motoryacht. She is a one owner low hour yacht that has been maintained to a high degree by her knowledgeable owner. She has had a full time captain since new. She has three luxurious staterooms each with en-suite head and shower, separate crew area for two, four heads plus a day head on deck. Her 20' beam affords an extremely comfortable layout throughout. all areas are very spacious throughout for comfortable liveaboard or long term cruising. 

Walkthrough

LODESTAR is a 2011 model 74 Ocean Alexander with the same  specifications and hull design as the Ocean Alexander 78' introduced the following year. It's the same boat.

LODESTAR has three generous staterooms plus crew quarters for two and many custom options to her luxurious interior features throughout.  Her aft deck offers comfortable seating for eight at the large adjustable hi-gloss teak table, plus a refrigerator with icemaker, stainless steel sink, and retractable aft deck engine and thruster controls. She features comfortable wide sidedecks for easy transition from bow to stern. She has full walkaround access to the large bow area as well. Boarding gates are located port and starboard, forward and aft.

Her double stainless steel sliding doors provide access to her spacious comfortable salon featuring large custom made L-shaped settee with custom storage below, large teak hi-lo table and two (2) comfortable chairs opposite. To port she features a complete entertainment left with a large LCD TV on a retractable lift. Starboard side of the Salon offers a dry-bar, glass storage and an icemaker.  

Going forward, you pass a day head with sink and an opening port.  Forward of the day head is a wine cooler under the stairway to the Flybridge.  Forward to starboard is the U-shaped Galley that offers all the necessary amenities including a dual dishwasher.  Facing forward from the Galley is the fully-equipped Helm station with an electric adjustable STIDD helmchair.  Port of the Helm is a Dinette area with storage and chart drawer. To the starboard side of the Helm is the Companionway that leads to LODESTAR's lower "foyer" with a custom Onyx floor and to her three (3) staterooms and en suite heads. 

Before you enter the Master Stateroom, there is a large washer and dryer on your left.  Access to the Master Stateroom is through double doors. LODESTAR's full-beam Master Stateroom offers a king-size berth with storage and nightstands. There is a large cedar-lined walk-in closet to port with shelving and a safe. This Master offers a full entertainment system, additional closet and chest of drawers located both port and starboard.  Her VIP and Guest Staterooms have en suite full heads with granite floors. Access to the crew quarters for two (2) is via the Aft Deck or from the transom. The Crew Quarters offers a head with separate shower, refrigerator, microwave, TV and more. Her Engine Room is accessed through a water-tight door.

The Flybridge with hardtop can be accessed from the Galley or from the Aft Deck. She has a very spacious Flybridge with leftline helm, full instrumentation, (2) STIDD helmseats, port and starboard L-shaped seating with storage below each and two (2) custom adjustable teak tables, wet bar area with icemaker and sink, and Steelhead SM 1750R tender davit.
