Manufacturer's Description

The Grand Banks 47 Classic has been redesigned from the keel up, starting with a modified deep-V planing hull designed to accommodate today's powerful engines. Outstanding performance at any speed means that you can swiftly expand your cruising horizons, or journey efficiently all day at a more peaceful pace. Overall, the 47CL looks and feels much bigger, brighter and roomier than any boat in her class. Accommodations take advantage of every inch, affording a luxury of space - and style - to her owners. The result: the next generation of the Heritage Series, and a dream fulfilled for those who seek to cruise comfortably and confidently in Grand Banks quality.

Accommodations

The starboard side door offers entry to the lower helm area.  The aft cabin top to port has an entry door to the salon down three interior steps. To port is a high quality leather Ekornes reclining chair and ottoman. To starboard aft, is an L-shaped settee with teak hi-lo table. Forward of the settee is teak cabinetry with glass and bottle storage. Further forward to starboard is the lower helm station with a 36” wide STIDD helmseat. The fully equipped galley is to port and down two steps with a completely open overhead for easy interaction with guests in the salon area.

The private full-beam master stateroom is aft and down three steps with an island walkaround berth, beautiful teak cabinetry both port and starboard with ample storage drawers, a vanity/writing desk aft and port and cedar-lined hanging locker forward and port. The private en suite master head is forward and to starboard with full stall shower, sink, countertop, storage and head.

All the way forward is a VIP guest stateroom with Island berth and storage drawers below the berth. The guest head can be accessed from the forward stateroom or from opposite the galley.

The flybridge is very large with full instrumentation and STIDD helm and companion seats, at her leftline helm station. There is a large entertaining area with L-settee, teak table and built-in wetbar.
